Wrap Bracelets:
Some wrap bracelets are available in two different sizes: S/M & M/L. I would recommend S/M for someone who would normally wear up to a 7-1/2" bracelet and M/L for anything above that. Please note the wire for the M/L is a bit thinner and therefore bracelets with heavier beads cannot be made in that size because it may stretch too much. All wrap bracelets will stretch a little the more you wear them so if you are on the fence about which to order I would go smaller.
Elastic Cord Bracelets:
All bracelets strung on elastic cord are made approx. 7"-7-1/4" when laid out straight. These can be made smaller and larger, just put request in notes to seller when ordering.
